Remarks :

Reservation must be made and deposited at least 90-day prior to your check in date.
The above net rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of service charge and government tax.
An extra bed including breakfast is priced 750 baht in high season and 500 Baht in low season.
Minimum 2-night stay is required during any public holidays.
Reservations for public holidays and high season require full prepayment whereas other periods require a 50% deposit. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card.
Reservations are subjected to room availability.
Additional public holiday surcharge at THB 1,000 per room per night during period of Songkran Festival on 13th - 16th April 2011
